Mr. Tipakorn Saiphatana (left), Executive Vice President, KBank, and Mr. Boon Choon Kiat (right), Managing Director, Chewathai Public Company Limited, recently celebrated the successful issuance and offering of the “Debentures of Chewathai Public Company Limited No.3/2021 due 2024 with the Issuer’s Right of Early Redemption”. Such debentures are worth 200 million Baht, have a tenor of 2 years 6 months, and were offered to limited investors on a Private Placement methodology. This offering represents the first time that KBank has been entrusted by the company to be an arranger for debentures.
