Kattiya Indaravijaya is the current Chief Executive Officer of KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited (KBank), the second largest bank in Thailand in terms of asset size. She is one of the first female CEO and the first non-family CEO among top-tier banks in South Asia. She began her career at KBank in 1987, after being awarded a KBank scholarship, and have been working with KBank for more than 30 years. In her early years at KBank, Kattiya had the opportunity to work with various functions of the Bank, including relationship management, investment banking, marketing and credit management, data analytic, corporate strategy, retail banking business, finance, and human resource management. 

In 2020, Kattiya was named a Director and Chief Executive Officer. Amid numerous challenges likes the COVID-19 crisis and the age of disruption, she has led KBank through the leveraging of technology and unleashing of workforce potential, in order to drive the organization towards sustainable growth. Also in 2021, she accomplished a training course of Climate Action Leaders forum, 2021 Class 1, Thailand, organized by the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization).

KBank conducts business and operations based on the principles of a Bank of Sustainability, good corporate governance principles, appropriate risk management and cost management, and striving to balance economic, social, and environmental dimensions to achieve goals and create long-term sustainable returns. 

The Bank has recently announced its ‘3+1’ business strategies for 2024-2026, comprising: 1) reinvigorate credit performance, 2) scale
capital-life fee income business, 3) strengthen and pioneer sales and service models to deliver value-based results, and the +1 is new revenue creation for medium- and long-term to create value and total solutions by developing collaborative ecosystems with partners. This strategy aims to ultimately achieve our key purpose of delivering sustainable value to all stakeholders.

A pharmacist turned seasoned banker, Pipit Aneaknithi has been at the helm of KASIKORNBANK’s since January 2017. Prior to this, he led the World Business Division where he spearheaded the bank’s regional expansion by establishing new banks in China, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. As an essential part of his achievement, he successfully laid a solid foundation for KASIKORNBANK to physically and virtually become a regional bank in AEC+3 countries—a sensible move to support Southeast Asia’s thriving trade and investment momentum.

With over 20 years of his well-established profession, Pipit accumulated extensive experience and financial expertise spanning from capital markets, project financing, credit and risk management, to corporate, SME and retail banking. Joining KASIKORNBANK in the middle of Asian Financial Crisis in the 1990s, Pipit has played an instrumental role in a series of the bank’s post-crisis organization transformations. Furthermore, he has taken up the role in piloting innovative business models for both corporate and retail customers, bringing in new strategic measures to reinvent the bank’s blueprint and subsequently achieving business sustainability. Currently, he is in the forefront of the re-formation of bank-wide digitalization and the new frontier of banking experiences by prompting organizational and talent readiness. Ultimately, he is committed to gearing up the bank’s capacity to harness long-term growth by staying ahead of present days digital and low-carbon economy.

Pipit received his MBA from FH Pforzheim in Germany and University of Brighton in United Kingdom, and also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of KBank (China), as well as KASIKORN Research Center.

Jirawat Supornpaibul has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining KASIKORNBANK, he worked as Senior Private Banker at Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, which was based in Hong Kong. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was at Phatra Securities Co., Ltd. for 19 years, working as an Investment Banker and subsequently managed the private wealth business at Phatra. His last position there was Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Management.

Jirawat holds an MBA degree from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Hubert Keller has been a Managing Partner of the Lombard Odier Group since 2006 and Senior Managing Partner since 2021.

Hubert Keller has been primarily involved with the Group’s Asset Management business since 2009 and acted as the CEO of Lombard Odier Investment Managers until 2020.

He also coordinates the Group’s sustainable investment activities, including the alignment of investment strategies and portfolios with the environmental transition.

Hubert started his career at Compagnie Financiere Tradition and SG Warburg Group. He subsequently moved to Deutsche Bank, working in corporate finance and capital markets before assuming global responsibility for Equity Capital Markets and becoming a member of the Executive Committee of its Global Banking division.

Jasbir Nizar is Head of Business Development of Lombard Odier Investment Managers, one of the first B-Corporation certified global asset managers with a focus on sustainable investing. Part of the wider Lombard Odier Group, LOIM manages USD 70bn of assets, with a focus on accessing the sustainable investment transition across key system changes. Partnering with key clients such as the UK Environment Agency and The Alliance to End Plastic Waste, LOIM strives to deploy capital at scale to overcome some of the biggest challenges of our time.

Prior to joining LOIM, Jasbir spent nine years at Citi where she held positions as Head of HR for Corporate and Investment Banking & Head of Employee Relations. She has also worked for RBS in Business Strategy and Planning.

Jasbir holds an LLB (Hons) in Law and post graduate degree in Business Law. She has undertaken the Legal Practice course as well as undertaking the Certificate in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasures.

Widhar Agung is a Partner at Systemiq. He is leading Systemiq Indonesia Operation and a part of the Natural Solution Platform. He is leading efforts in developing regenerative and land use business model in Indonesia.

Widhar leads the Indonesia office efforts in financing and incubating nature solutions-based businesses through the Partnership for Forests. The program has successfully mobilised more than GBP 18 million worldwide. Widhar is also actively involved in identifying potential carbon sequestration projects opportunities in Indonesia with Regeneration, a company focused in carbon project development by Systemiq and Paladium

Widhar joined Systemiq after 7 years at McKinsey & Company and 6 years with Capsquare Asia Partners, a mid-cap Private Equity firm in Indonesia.

Thomas Chhoa is currently a Senior Advisor in the Office of the CEO for the not-for-profit Alliance to End Plastic Waste. He chairs the Investment Committee and the Members Directed Contribution Committee.

Thomas joined Shell in the Netherlands back in the early 1980s after graduating as an engineer in the UK. Since then, he has had a number of international assignments across the world including Al-Jubail in Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Beijing in China, Sydney in Australia, Doha in Qatar and Singapore. He has worked in different fields including engineering, process technology, international project development, change process management, strategy and business development, project venture set-up, governance, and large-scale business management in global leadership capacities. As global head of Shell Chemical’s ethylene oxide, monoethylene glycols and brake fluids division, he had accountability for a business with a turnover of over $1 billion per annum. After his last assignment in Shell as global head of a LNG related initiative in 2016, he was a Senior Advisor at Economic Development Innovations Singapore Pte. Ltd. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Nanyang Technological University, part-time lecturing at the Nanyang Business School on energy as well as the Singapore Management University.

Thomas was Vice Chairman of the board for Yueyang Sinopec Shell Coal Gasification Company Ltd., and he has been a board member of Shell Eastern Trading (Pte.) Ltd. Until May 2023, he was a board and executive committee member of Singapore LNG Corporation. Thomas is currently a board member of Abaxx Exchange Pte. Ltd., a global commodity exchange and clearing house based in Singapore.

Dr. Phirun Saiyasitpanich serves as the Director General of the Department of Climate Change and Environment (DCCE) in Bangkok, Thailand, a position he has held since December 2023. 

Dr. Phirun’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in 1997. He furthered his education in the United States, earning both a Master of Engineering and a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2003 and 2006, respectively.

His professional career is marked by a series of progressive roles in the field of environmental policy and planning. Before his current role, he served as the Secretary-General of the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) from November 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Secretary-General at ONEP from November 2018 to 2021. From February 2016 to 2018, he was the Director of the Climate Change Management and Coordination Division (CCMC) at ONEP. His extensive experience also includes his tenure as the Chief of the Petrochemical Section (Environmentalist, Senior Professional Level) at the Environmental Impact Evaluation Bureau, ONEP, a role he held from January 2013 to 2016. Dr. Phirun’s career reflects his deep commitment to environmental issues and his significant contributions to climate change policy and environmental planning.

Yuthasak Supasorn is the current Chairman of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand. He was also notably appointed as the first external Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), serving two consecutive terms. TAT plays a crucial role in promoting the country's tourism sector to bolster the national economy. Under Yuthasak's leadership, the tourism industry witnessed a significant transformation, shifting from traditional to digital marketing strategies and utilizing both internal and external data.

Additionally, TAT enhanced collaboration with stakeholders across various sectors to boost growth in tourism and services. A key initiative was launching innovative marketing campaigns to maintain Thailand's position as a top-of-mind destination for international tourists, contributing significantly to economic growth and improving locals' quality of life. Yuthasak successfully shifted the industry focus from volume to quality tourism.

Despite facing challenges such as the zero-dollar tours, the Phuket tourist cruise accident, and the COVID-19 pandemic, Yuthasak's dedication led to a swift recovery. Before his departure from TAT, he launched the Sustainable Tourism Goals (STGs) project which aims to encourage all who is involved in tourism’s supply side to improve on sustainable issues. To promote sustainability in tourism, his aim was to reestablish Thailand as a top value destination for tourists around the world.

Vasit Taepaisitphongse is currently Chief Executive Officer and President of Betagro Public Company Limited (BTG). Under his leadership, Betagro has grown into Thailand's leading integrated food company and has gained recognition in the global market, having been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2022.

Vasit received an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Business Administration) from Maejo University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, U.S.A., and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Kornkamol Korpaisarn is currently Senior Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and Commercial Excellence at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), one of the largest integrated refining and chemical business and a leading corporation in the Asia-Pacific region. She is also a Chairman and member of the Board of Directors in several companies such as PTT Asahi Chemical Company Limited, PTTMCC Biochem Company Limited, GC Polyols Company Limited, HMC Polymers and Matrix Polymers Thai.

Kornkamol has intensive management experiences in driving broad-based, company-wide strategic sustainability initiatives, integrating sustainability throughout the organization, specifically from the executive position as Chief Executive Officer of Auria BioChemicals Company Limited and Chief Financial Advisor of Myriant Corporation (Biotechnology Company - PTTGC’s subsidiary). Kornkamol also served as Managing Director of GC Polyols Company Limited leading sustainability program such as development of low carbon and lightweight products, managing the corporate ESG in line with the global & national agenda (UN SDGs), driving the sustainable change on the relevant areas e.g. Goal 12: Responsible consumption and production, and Goal 13: Climate action especially targeting and getting to Net Zero emissions. With more than 11 years of experiences in the global oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical industry, she dedicated her expertise and insights to build and lead global market-driven innovation and sustainability organization for leading global chemical company creating competitive advantages and sustained growth.

Kornkamol has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Finance and Banking (first class honor and gold medal) from Thammasat University with Anadhamahidol Scholarship for highest GPA. She has a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Somphote Ahunai's over 32 years of experience in Financial, Engineering, and Energy industry began as a security analyst, before he became an executive at a security company. He has founded Energy Absolute Public Company Limited, Thailand's first pioneer of alternative energy company, starting the Biodiesel Business, Renewable Energy,  Batteries and Electric Vehicles to create a value chain of EV ecosystem in Thailand.

Somphote holds an MBA degree from University of Pittsburgh, United States and a Bachelor degree of Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Wiwat Hemmondharop is currently Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries and Chairman of Corporate Communications Division Federation of Thai Industries and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors, Panjawattana Plastic Public Company Limited. In addition,
he is also the Founder and President of Thammanamai Health Cuisine Co., Ltd.

For education, Wiwat holds a Master Degree in International Marketing (MIM) from Thammasat University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). His undergraduate is a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Thammasat University.

Batari Saraswati is a Director at Systemiq with experience in providing strategic advisory services to corporations across various sectors.
She possesses expertise in business strategy, transportation, infrastructure, and tourism.

In her recent role at Systemiq, she led the development of sustainable tourism and cooperation strategies for infrastructure in tourism destinations in Indonesia.

Prior to joining Systemiq, she was involved in initiating a tourism holding company to support tourism development in Indonesia.

Before her tenure at Systemiq, Batari worked as a consultant at PwC Strategy&. This was followed by a position as the head of corporate planning and risk management in an infrastructure company in Indonesia.
