Company’s documents
- Certificate of Registration issued by Partnerships and Companies Registration Office with an annex detailing the purpose thereof, issued not more than three months prior to submission
- In case of signing with the company seal affixed
- - Establishment Registration (BorOrJor.3) or Amended Registration (BorOrJor.4) in case of amendment made to the registered company seal; or the Articles of Association for Public Company Limited; no requirement regarding the age of the document
- - The original company seal must be presented.
- Shareholders’ List (BorOrJor.5 for Company Limited; or BorOrJor.6 for Public Company Limited); no requirement regarding the age of the document

How long do I have to invest? What is the minimum deposit amount?
You have to invest at least 7 days, with a minimum deposit of 50 million Baht. In case of early withdrawal, interest
will be calculated based on KBank’s savings deposit rates for juristic persons available at that time, for the whole
deposit amount.
Can the previously determined deposit term be adjusted?
No. However, you can cancel your existing deposit term and request a new one. The start date of deposit will be the date you notify the Bank of your request for a new deposit term.
Does the authorized signatory have to present themself at a branch?
The authorized signatory for account opening who is not an authorized signatory for payment/withdrawal does not have
to present themself at the branch. They can verify their identity via K PLUS within 15 days from the date the
juristic person has requested account opening at the branch.
Does the authorized signatory for payment/withdrawal have to verify their identity at the branch?
The authorized signatory for payment/withdrawal is required to present themself at the branch within 15 days from the
date that the juristic person has requested account opening at the branch. This is required to collect their specimen
signature for payment/withdrawal in the Bank’s system.
