Terms & Conditions
  • First, apply for the service
  • Special pay-in forms must be used when depositing cheques
  • You can use a single pay-in form to deposit several cheques by listing out the details of each cheque
  • Cash deposits are not accepted with this service
  • For special cheque collection service (SQ Advance), customers are required to use their current accounts with an overdraft established with the bank, an approved credit line for cheque collection and a confirmed account deposit date set by the bank

Required Documents
  • ​A copy of a certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce within the past month
  • A copy of the national ID card of the applicant or an authorized signatory for the juristic person
  • Memorandum for the special cheque collection service with a confirmed account deposit date (only for SQ Advance application)

The fee is based on the bank's announcement.

Where can I find out whether a cheque has cleared ?

You can apply for RMS (Push Mail) or View Collection via K-Cash Connect Plus to receive "soft file" reports.

How many days after a cheque deposit will the money be available in my account ?

You can use the money on the day the cheque is cleared.

What kind of account do I need for this service ?

You must have either a current account or savings account.

Remark:

for special cheque collection service (SQ Advance), customers are required to use their current accounts with an overdraft, approved credit line and a confirmed account deposit date set by the bank.
