How to apply KBank Fleet Card?
Application can be made via three channels, i.e.,
1. Apply online – Click
2. Apply via your Relationship Manager (RM)
3. Apply at any KBank branch
How long does it take for KBank to issue the Card?
With RM approval of amount, your cards will be issued within 15 business days of submitting the application and all required documentation.
If I wish to alter KBank Fleet Card details, such as type of fuel, vehicle registration, conditions and limitations of use, can I continue to use the existing card or must a new card be issued with a new card number? How long does the process take? Is there a fee?
It depends on what details you want to change:
- Change type of fuel and conditions and limitations of use: There is no fee and you may continue to use the existing card. The process takes three business days.You may call K-BIZ Contact Center to check the status of the change.
- Change Card face data such as vehicle registration: Destroy the old card and request a replacement card; submit vehicle schedule with your request. A replacement fee is 50 Baht per card.
After receiving the Card, can I use it right away or do I need to call KBank to activate the card?
The replacement card is pre-activated. You may use it immediately, depending on conditions specified in your application. For example, if you specified that the Card must be used with PIN, you will need to wait for the PIN before using the Card.
The Card is valid for three years, when will the Card be renewed?
A new card will be issued one month before the old card expires. You may use the new card immediately; activation is not required.
What is the difference between a KBank Fleet Card and a K-Credit Card?
The KBank Fleet Card can be used only to purchase fuel at participating service stations; it cannot be used for the purchase of other goods or for cash withdrawal.
