  1. KBank website: https://k-merchant-report.kasikornbank com You may download credit card transaction and sales summary reports on your own anytime, 24 hours a day (Merchant Report Server).
    -  Same data may be downloaded without limit within 60 days.
    -  Daily and weekly reports are available (up to 10 days can be downloaded at a time).
  2. You may request the report at the KBank branch where your account was opened on the following business day after a transaction is made. (Tax invoice is also available.)
  3. The report is automatically generated via email every day.

Eligibility
  • Legally registered merchants.
  • Location, physical condition, and products/services appropriate for accepting credit/debit cards.

  • Business does not engage in any illegal or immoral activity.

  • Merchant has no record of credit card fraud and has never been terminated as a card-accepting merchant by KBank or any other financial institution.

  • KBank must be able to contact Merchant directly including by telephone.

Can merchants who are not registered apply for this service?

Yes, they can.
If the customer has swiped the card but then wants to cancel the transaction, can this be done immediately?
Cancellation of the application can be done immediately before the summary is created.
If there is no home phone available, can EDC be used?
The service can be used, as the bank has an EDC that works via SIM card.
How is Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) fee calculated?
For full payment
Product price: 10,000 Baht
MDR fee 3.00% = 300 Baht
VAT 7% of MDR fee= 21.00 Baht
Amount to be credited to the merchant’s account= Product price - (MDR + VAT)
 = 10,000 - (300 + 21)
 = 9,67​9 Baht
  
For Smart Pay 0%: The merchant pays installment fee.
Product price of 6,000 Baht is under a 6-month installment plan.
1. Merchant’s expenses
Monthly installment fee is 0.80%, and MDR fee is 1.50% per transaction.
MDR fee 1.50% = 90.00 Baht
VAT 7% of MDR fee= 6.30 Baht
Monthly installment fee (0.80% x 6)= 288.00 Baht

Total payment = Product price + Installment fee

KBank will collect 1,048 Baht from the cardholder each month, for a period of 6 months.
Where can I get a sales report/tax invoice?
You can obtain a sales report/tax invoice at the account holding branch.
Can I change from K-PowerP@y (mPOS) or EDC that I currently use, to Mini-EDC?
Yes. You may request to change the service via the K-BIZ Contact Center, 02-8888822, 24 hours a day.
What are the advantages of Mini-EDC compared to K-PowerP@y (mPOS)?
  • Mini-EDC accepts QR code payment.
  • Mini-EDC requires neither an application nor other peripheral equipment.
  • User does not have to memorize Username or Password when conducting transactions.
  • Mini-EDC has functions similar to those of SIM Card EDC, but is smaller and portable.
  • Mini-EDC accepts payments made via the government’s Welfare Card, the Spider Card, the Prompt Card and Samsung Pay;
    it is also designed to be compatible with other cards to be made available in the future.

Where can I return any type of card accepting equipment?
You must send it back via registered postal mail to Payment Service Fulfillment Department (PA), 7th floor, KASIKORNBANK PCL,
Chaeng Watthana Main Branch, Muang Thong Thani Building, No. 47/7 Mu 3, Ban Mai Sub-district, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi 11120.
Will I get the deposited device guarantee fee back?
Yes. If the device requires a guarantee fee, you’ll get the fee back upon returning the equipment. However, no guarantee fee is required at the moment.
When will the amount be credited to the merchant’s account after the merchant clicks “Settlement”?
