What type of customer suites for K BIZ?
K BIZ is an Online Banking service for financial serving wide range of customers from small entrepreneur (Single manage user) to SME business owner (Multi-user).
How many user / role can be assigned to your business?
Roles of user that can be assigned with 4 types: Viewer, Maker, Authorizer and Administrator
How much of “Allowance daily limit” per service?
Allowance daily limit up to 10 million baht per day, and own K BIZ Accounts up to 30 million baht per day
How to confirm your transaction?
Transaction approval/ confirmation can be done with 2 methods
- If Daily limit is not exceeded 2,000,000 baht, using SMS-OTP or K PLUS to verify
- If Daily limit is exceeded 2,000,000 baht, using K PLUS to verify
Instruction to register K PLUS and link with your K BIZ service as below
- Customer can register K PLUS in order to use “Confirm by K PLUS” as a new method of transaction confirmation in K BIZ. Customer who do not have K PLUS service, please download K PLUS at Apple App Store or Android Play store by searching “K PLUS” (how to register K PLUS, please visit https://www.kasikornbank.com/kplus)
- The phone number registered for K PLUS must be the same as the number registered for K BIZ.
- Customer who holds many K BIZ User IDs with various companies (1 Company : User ID), can link with a single K PLUS service by using the same registered number on K PLUS.
- In order to register K PLUS, please use cellular data (3G/4G/5G)
How to perform “First Time Login”?
For Individual user, after successful signing up via website, the system will take you to K BIZ immediately.
For Business user, after successful applying at branch, the company’s administrator will receive a User ID via registered email and Temporary Password via each applicant’s registered phone as SMS OTP. The User ID and Password will be required to performfirst time login to K BIZ. The system will request you to confirm your identity and to change password.
Remark: please sing-in within 14 days after receiving User ID and Password, in case that you do not sign-in within 14 days please contact “K-Contact Center หรือ K-BIZ Contact Center” for reactivation your User ID.
Is K-Cyber / K-Cyber for SME and K BIZ the same service of K BIZ?
K BIZ is an Internet banking service that replaces K-Cyber / K-Cyber for SME service which comes with new design and upgrades the security of K-Cyber / K-Cyber for SME service in order to prevent cyberattack and to enhance customer experience.
For current K-Cyber / K-Cyber for SME customer, what do I need to do in order to use K BIZ?
You do not have to sign-up for K BIZ because you can use User ID and Password of K-Cyber and K-Cyber for SME to sign-in K BIZ.
