SMS received will have the following components:

  • Amount spent
  • Pay via a card number (last 4 digits of a card)
  • The name of the store you buy good or service
  • The time of expense
  • Remaining balance in credit card / debit card
  • In the case where the store cancel a transaction (Void), or in the case where there is a communication is disrupted during printing a slip (Reversal), the bank will send a SMS to inform cancellation for the transaction

  • Select “K-mAlert - Debit / Credit Card Spending”
  • Select “Change Language”
  • Select Thai or English
  • Read Terms & Conditions then select “OK”
